This is a temporary 6-month contract position

As Supply Planning Sr. Analyst, your main focus will involve coordinating and overseeing the supply flow of raw materials and packaging materials to ensure alignment with the master production plan and designated inventory levels. Additionally, you will be tasked with providing assistance in monitoring and adhering to the production schedule.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Inventory Control and Execution Excellence – Applying expertise in crucial supply chain factors to ensure effective inventory management and handling of obsolete items.
  • Analyzes supply chain drivers to optimize Case Fill Rate
  • Core Planning – Utilizing knowledge of supply planning procedures and tools for seamless execution and interdepartmental communication.
  • Manages the execution of supply plans - Master Production Plan to guarantee compliance with commercial obligations.
  • Manages the implementation of process enhancements
  • Targets actions and priorities aligned with organizational strategies - Identifies and addresses issues impacting service or cost.
  • Explores opportunities within the supply chain.
  • Enhances business visibility through Control Tower
  • Raises concerns & devises action plans for CFR/Cost anomalies during Cross Functional meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Business Administration or Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Planning
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency
  • Demonstrated capability in analyzing various forms of data and delivering results effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point
  • Proficiency in SAP (preferred)
  • Communication - Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Teamwork - Balances team and individual obligations to encourage collective commitment to goals and objectives
  • Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and arranges work tasks, establishes goals and objectives
  • Systemic thinker – Foresees challenges and requirements. Focuses on establishing repeatable processes rather than one-time fixes
