About our Global Marketing TeamIngram Micro's Global Marketing team was established to support the growth of Ingram Micro as the IT Industry's most indispensable business partner.

To do this, we modernize and automate our marketing practices, strengthen Ingram Micro's brand, share great ideas, and develop the talent inside our country specific marketing teams.

In this full-time job of Director Marketing LATAM, you will be responsible for leading our Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies for the region.

This to grow our regional topline Revenue via digital Xvantage products and bottom-line Operating Income (OI), by establishing Modern Marketing practices, digital selling, merchandising and regionalizing global marketing programs executed within the platform, and outside via digital channels.

In this job you will sit on our LATAM Senior Leadership Team (SLT), responsible to the LATAM Group President, and highly collaborative with Chief Country Executives (CCEs) and their local Sales and Vendor teams.

And, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the marketing teams based in the countries.

You will also foster strong relationships with regional and local Vendor Representatives who rely on Ingram Micro to generate profitable growth.

The location for this full-time job of Director Marketing LATAM is at one of our office locations based in Mexico.

You will report directly into Jennifer Anaya, our Senior Vice President, Global Marketing.

What will you do?You will lead the modernization of our Marketing efforts with Xvantage, share best practices, and be the main contact for LATAM Communications and Public Relations to gain more visibility via social and traditional media.

You will lead and establish a regional Digital Marketing & Merchandising strategy that supports the global and regional digital transformation efforts, drives net new revenue and operating income for the region, and enables our channel partners to have a superior partnering experience.

You will align Content, Social Media, Search Engine Marketing and Optimization strategies to support the Digital strategies in driving growth across the platforms.

You will create regional campaigns create and localize global Ingram Micro programs in collaboration with the local Marketing leaders and their teams on strategic marketing plans, many of which sponsored by vendors to support the Marketing P&L.You will establish strong relationships with regional Vendor Representatives to communicate how Ingram Micro serves as a trusted and innovative business partner in the LATAM region.

You will support initiatives to streamline Marketing administrative and workflow processes via Xvantage for Associates and automation tools, which free-up country marketers to be more efficient and productive.

What Talent do you bring?You have a strong interest in working in a large and fast-paced international organization, working with various people across the company.

You have extensive, relevant, and proven IT Channel, distribution, and/or vendor experience.

You have extensive, relevant, and proven Digital, Content, Social Media Marketing and PR experience to drive growth and Demand Generation within a company or an Agency.

You have a great understanding about delivering results with marketing that benefit the business, and can expertly communicate how those results impact a P&L.You are skilled in developing Marketing plans, directly contributing to our strategic business plans, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Return on Investments (RoI).You are a great networker, communicator, influencer, timekeeper, and facilitator.

You are fluent in English.
