  • Manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative HR solutions tailored to clients' needs, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in HR consulting or related roles , with a proven track record of success in project management and client engagement.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
