As a Channel Marketing Specialist I, you will be responsible for driving efficiency with ADI's vendor community and internal processes related to item set-up, item maintenance and data integrity.
JOB DUTIES:
- Acquisition of product data with ADI's vendors in a proactive manner.
- Entry of Item and Vendor Master Data to ensure accuracy of such key data as product reporting category (RCAT), UPC Code, weights & measures, unit of measure, and country of origin among others
- Work with Marketing and other supporting functions on new vendor setup, maintenance and deactivation process in the ERP system
- Participate in cross functional projects to improve or correct inaccurate item data
- Administration of EDI transmissions to ADI's vendors
- Conduct Root Cause Corrective Action analysis for failed EDI transmissions to reduce errors and discrepancies
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in purchasing or data maintenance
- Intermediate Excel
- English proficiency

- Strong work ethic, do what it takes to get the job doneapproach while maintaining high business ethical standards
- Strong verbal, analytical, customer service, multitasking and basic math skills required.

- Ability to determine and assess risks to minimize delays based on standard operating procedures and business rules
- Ability to keep organized records for back up data
