Descripción del puesto dentro de la empresa Requerido. 1. RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
Mantiene y mejora los procesos existentes y nuevos a través del seguimiento a los requerimientos definidos en las
etapas de transformación hasta el producto final.
Mantiene actualizados documentos internos, externos y automotrices relacionados a sus procesos.

Analiza las oportunidades de mejora y la problemática presentadas por los diferentes departamentos con los que interactúa, seleccionando y presentando soluciones adecuadas y fundamentadas en los datos colectados y analizados.

Desarrolla análisis de dibujos de cliente y provee opciones y/o desviaciones a los requerimientos específicos.
Desarrolla hojas de costo de manufactura.
Interactúa con el personal, interno y externo de los diferentes níveles.
Participa en los equipos de trabajo de Objetivos de Calidad
Interactúa con Ingeniería de Diseño de Producto para asegurar que los diseños son compatibles con los procesos de manufactura

Analiza, define y presenta soluciones a los problemas atendidos. 10%
Documenta cambios en los procesos para mantener actualizado el sistema 10%
Monitorea los procesos existentes y nuevos para detectar problemas potenciales. 10%
Hace recomendaciones para requerimientos de equipo procesos de líneas de producción 10%
Da disposición a productos y materiales condicionados cuando es requerido 5%
Provee respuesta a quejas de cliente y da seguimiento a los actividades definidas 5%
Mantiene registros y sistemas de reporte para la coordinación de operaciones y manufactura 5%

Diseña y desarrolla sistemas a prueba de error incluyendo pokayokes para cumplir con los requerimientos del producto preferentemente usando AUTOCAD o similar.

Desarrolla y/o interpreta análisis estadísticos e interpreta estudios de capacidad para poder establecer mejoras en los procesos de producción y su equipo 5%
Participa en el desarrollo de herramientas del APQP como PFMEA, PFC como líder y PCP como colaborador 5%
Desarrolla hojas de costo de manufactura y BOM' 4%
Desarrolla análisis de dibujos de cliente 3%

Número de años de estudio y específicamente el tipo de entrenamiento y experiência.
1-5 años de experiência
Profesional Titulado (Ingeniería en Electrónica, Eléctrica, Mecánica o a fin)
Inducción ( Beneficios, Políticas de la Empresa, Reglamento Interior de Trabajo )
Procedimientos aplicables a su proceso
Sistemas como SAP, Reflection/Legacy, MQ1, AutoCAD
"Core tools" como PPAP's, FMEA's, Planes de Control

CONOCIMIENTO, DESTREZA Y HABILIDADES:
Uso de Software de prueba cuando aplique
Base de datos
Manejo de aparatos de medición.
Comunicarse efectivamente en el idioma ingles (min 80%)
Análisis de información y datos
Paquetes computacionales MS Office
Administración de recursos de su área
Manejo de herramientas para la solución de problemas de calidad
Capacitar y/o entrenar efectivamente
Interactuar efectivamente con otros departamentos
