Responsibilities

The oportunity


The role is responsible for LATAM Data & Digital Solutions Business Analyst which might include understanding and translating business definitions into demand shaping, estimates, project plan creation, project management follow up, budget management, testing, deployment and hypercare for Data Enablement & Integration projects executed in LATAM Sector.


Your Impact
As Sr Data Analyst your scope will consist of:

  • Responsible to capture demand and deliver project estimates adhered to the Data & Digital Solutions Work in Take process as well as the Pepsico's ways of working
  • Understand the business requirements and translate them to technical language
  • Identify problems, analyze data and propose factible solutions
  • Understand EndtoEnd business processes
  • Coordinate project deliverables and tasks with global and/or local IT teams
  • Project Management with traditional and/or agile methodologies as Scrum Master / Product Owner
  • Manage Risk, Issues & Change impacting Data & Digital Solutions delivery and overall project if applies
  • Having strong communication with the team, business and extended IT teams
  • Engage and collaborate with multiple teams as Architecture, Release Managers, Developers and Stakeholders to get the better solution for a specific project.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related
  • 24 years background in project management (Waterfall or Agile)
  • 13 years working in delivery teams
  • 24 years working with ETL/Integration processes
  • 12 years of experience in Agile Framework

Technical skills:

  • Highly analytical, motivated, selfdriven, self and fast learning and curiosity for new technologies
  • Design, Built and Support back end processes with ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) using tools as: Informatica / Alteryx / GoAnyWhere
  • Fully understand data, systems, and end to end business processes within multiple functional areas
  • Fully understand how to manage big amount of data with new technologies based on cloud
  • Strong Knowledge on SAP Master Data Models and Oracle databases
  • Certified on SAFe Framework as Scrum Master / Product Owner or equivalent

Non technical skills:

  • Coordinate global and/or local development IT teams
  • Strong communications and organizational skills with the ability to priotize tasks and deliverables for multiple projects at the same time
  • Fluent English based on global interactions
  • Processes broadbased knowledge of other technologies in order to execute project deliverables and to support business solution
  • Ability to selfmanage, plan and prioritize
