What You'll Do

  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy roadmap to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Process Optimization: Scale new and existing processes to streamline business operations and support growth.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently manage the promotions budget to boost customer metrics.
  • Product Improvement: Seek innovative features to enhance customer experience and collaborate with central teams to ensure the relevance and priority of new product rollouts.

Foster strong relationships across functional and regional teams to drive long-term regional growth while expanding your global professional network.


What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 3 years in analytical roles; background in business consulting, investment banking, or fastpaced startups preferred.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Proven critical thinking and strong analytical skills, including comfort with data and making datadriven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability in navigating ambiguous situations and communicating effectively with a diverse team.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities; familiarity with SQL and Python is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with a knack for understanding consumer lifecycle.
