What You Will Do:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize ServiceNow instances by developing scripts, business rules, and clientside scripts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNowrelated issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including business analysts and project managers.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and best practices
    .

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform, scripting, and development tools.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
  • Familiarity with web services, RESTful APIs, and integration techniques.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
