Contract Manager

Polanco, CDMX.

El objetivo de esta posición es:

La gestión y administración contractual de proyectos clave desde el proceso de asignación (público o privado), negociación, implementación y seguimiento. Incluyendo modificaciones, resolución de disputas, entre otros conceptos.

Principales actividades:

  • Dictaminar procesos de licitación públicos y privados.
  • Redactar, negociar e implementar todo tipo de contratos.
  • Proveer Asesoría jurídica especializada a proyectos/contratos en activo
  • Identificar y evaluar riesgos y oportunidades relacionados con diversas obligaciones contractuales de los proyectos clave.
  • Gestión de riesgos durante todo el ciclo de vida de los proyectos.
  • Realizar análisis y opiniones legales sobre diversas materias de derecho (corporativo, mercantil, civil, Derecho internacional público y privado, etc.).
  • Implementar procesos de Compliance
Conocimientos y habilidades necesarios:
  • Lic. En Derecho / Derecho Corporativo / Derecho Empresarial
  • +6 años como abogado in-house o despachos legales.
  • Especialización en Gestión de Contratos (Contract Management).
  • Inglés Intermedio - Avanzado
  • Conocimientos avanzados Procesos de Contratación Pública, Protección de Datos Personales, Propiedad Intelectual, Anti-corrupción (Compliance), Cumplimiento a Normas de Comercio Internacional (Trade Compliance).
  • Negociación.
  • Comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Proactividad.
