The responsibilities of the position include:

  • Checking with vendors regarding delivery ETAs and processing the information into our system
  • Receiving parts and warranties based on spreadsheets and vendor websites
  • Submitting RMA's and maintaining the RMA queue/process
  • Creating purchase orders and buying product online when needed
  • Setting up part numbers
  • Data entry

Qualifications include:

  • 12 years' work experience in a professional office setting
  • A multitasker who can work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Accurately enter data
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and strong attention to detail
  • Solid ability to meet deadlines in an organized and timely manner
