El Analista de Procesos de IT será responsable de documentar y analizar los procesos de tecnología de la información en la empresa.

Deberá ser altamente organizado, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y análisis, capaz de comprender y explicar los diferentes procesos realizados por otras áreas de la empresa, así como sus herramientas de software asociadas.


Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

Responsabilidades:

  • Documentar exhaustivamente los procesos de tecnología de la información en la empresa, incluidos los procesos operativos, de desarrollo y de mantenimiento de sistemas.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de diferentes áreas para comprender sus procesos y requisitos tecnológicos.
  • Identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos existentes y proponer soluciones eficientes y efectivas. Analizar la eficacia y eficiencia de los procesos de IT, identificando posibles puntos de optimización.
  • Crear y mantener documentación detallada y actualizada de los procedimientos y políticas relacionadas con la tecnología de la información.
  • Brindar apoyo en la implementación de cambios en los procesos de IT, asegurando una transición fluida y una adopción exitosa.
  • Colaborar en la identificación y evaluación de herramientas de software y tecnologías emergentes que puedan mejorar los procesos de la empresa.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Informática, Ingeniería de Sistemas, o campo relacionado.
  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiência documentando procesos de tecnología de la información en empresas del sector financiero o fintech.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con la capacidad de explicar conceptos técnicos de manera clara y comprensible.
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización y atención al detalle. Capacidad demostrada para analizar y comprender procesos complejos.
  • Conocimiento profundo de herramientas de software utilizadas en el sector financiero o fintech. Experiência en el uso de metodologías de mejora de procesos, como Six Sigma o Lean, es preferible.
