• ZF is looking for a Principal Supply Chain Specialist
• TranFgrt for our location in Santa Rosa, Queretaro._

Position summary:

• Position to support supplier crisis management for suppliers located in Region North America (US, Mexio, Canada). Support capacity, labor, other reasons disruptions at supplier end.
• Support allocation of critical parts to different plants while managing supplier crisis.
• Supplier capacity management tool concept, development, implementation and training to all plants in the region. Tool interface to current and future ERP systems.
• Regular visits to suppliers to build a partner relationship.

Responsibilities:

• Supplier crisis management capacity, packaging, disruption due to labor and other reasons like natural catastrophe
• Critical part allocation to different plants in order to manage crisis
• Supplier capacity management tool concept, development, maintenance & training to plants
• Detect the gaps and nonconformities on the supply chain system and process
• Evaluate potential risks & Work with supplier to define actions to close the gap
• Collecting the hard and soft facts on the supply chain/forwarded reduce the cost of the freight during the crisis
• Drive standardization for supply chain management best practices in ZF plants:
• Educating plants on standard work instruction
• Setup standard procedure and training materials
• Perform various tasks & projects to support company goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education:
• BS degree or above

Prefer

• Specialization in Operations or Supply chain

APICS certified

• American Production Inventory Control Society is preferred.
• PBI & Excel Expert
• Language: Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.

Exp Experience:

- +7 Years working experience in Supply Chain management, Prefer MNC companies

• ERP experience and knowledge are must
• QAD, SAP, Oracle
• Prior Supplier Audit experience
