Posición de Representante Técnico Comercial Península reportando directamente al Gerente Regional de Altiplano Sur Bajo esta posición serás responsable de gestionar y ejecutar el plan comercial anual establecido para su región alineado a las políticas definidas por FMC, así como propiciar el desplazamiento de los productos en campo a través de acciones que generen demanda con el cliente final.

Entre las responsabilidades más importantes de esta posición están las siguientes:

Implementación y negociación de los planes comerciales de su red de distribución, asegurando la entrega de sus indicadores clave ( POS & POG).Asegurar la planeación, relacionamiento y seguimiento de las acciones claves con la fuerza de venta de los distribuidores para multiplicar nuestra presencia comercial en campo.

Supervisar la correcta ejecución del branding de nuestra marca en todos los puntos de venta del distribuidor asignado.

Garantizar el correcto manejo administrativo del cliente:

Facturación- Notas de Crédito-Inventario- Formatos- Promociones, Convenios y cualquier otra herramienta comercial; así como el seguimiento al proceso de órdenes de compra de sus clientes.

Envío de reporte mensual de inventarios por sucursal de sus Distribuidores a cargo.

Asegurar la correcta construcción del forecast mensual de ventas de su Zona a cargo por Distribuidor y producto para garantizar la disponibilidad del portafolio que demanda el mercado.

Monitorear y asegurar junto con el área Financiera el logro del objetivo de Cobranza, Cartera Vencida y días cartera.
Monitoreo y reporte de las principales acciones de la competencia.

- Precios- Promociones- Actividades y Lanzamientos.5 o más años de experiencia en áreas de ventas en la industria del Agro.
