  • As the Service Cloud Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the requirements, design, development, and deployment of the overall Salesforce Service Cloud solution. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, teammates, and delivery partners to implement the vision for service transformation.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

  • Work closely with adjacent teams to ensure solution requirements, design and delivery alignment.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • You hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications preferred: Service Cloud Consultant.
  • Your background includes 8+ years' experience in developing and delivering technology solutions using Agile methodology and 5+ years' experience in managing projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development.
  • You have solid experience gathering and analyzing information and designing comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptable.
  • You have a good understanding and experience with SupportLogic and JIRA.
  • Expertise/Experience with the development of chatbots and automation as it relates to case deflection.
