- Manage personnel-related tasks such as identifying resource needs, hiring qualified candidates, and retaining staff.

- Guide Application Engineers to successfully deliver complex projects.
- Comprehend intricate systems, decipher business requirements, and document project details.
- Allocate resources, set priorities, and manage expectations.
- Act as a bridge between Application Services, upper management, and business partners. Facilitate connections with the right individuals and additional partners.
- Handle sensitive information securely and responsibly.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of management or leadership experience in an engineering setting
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience with on-shore and off-shore teams is a plus
- Proficient in object-oriented programming and engineering processes. Familiarity with various SDLC methodologies.
- Capable of working independently with a proactive attitude.
- Genuine interest in understanding customer requirements and delivering excellent solutions
- Background in Customer Support and Product Development operations is advantageous
- Solid background in software engineering and development
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
