Purchasing Engineer

Job Description:


Collaborate with internal customers to define procurement needs, create work packages (out of the Bill of material) for suppliers of drawing parts, outsourced machines and standard parts.

Manage and implement sourcing activities (RFQ/RFP) and tendering process.

Commercial negotiation on price, payment term, delivery and contract terms and conditions, etc.

Manage suppliers to guarantee optimum mix of cost, quality, delivery and service.

Preparing necessary documents for procurement.

Work with internal customers to identify cost saving opportunities, conduct price comparisons and cost

saving programs for assigned projects.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or above with engineering, supplier chain, commercial management background. At least 3 years purchasing experience. Purchasing experience in automotive and motorcycle industry is preferred.
Fluent in English both verbally and in written.
Strong negotiation skills, good communication skills and multi-task capability.
