SUMMARY:


You will investigate non-standard requests and problems, make presentations to upper management, ensure accurate project documentation, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Will coordinate efforts to provide high-level technical solutions and analysis using specialized systems. Guarantee KPIs are being met and created as required by upper management to build a true center of excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

2) Project Management.

Ensures quality and timeliness of projects by closely monitoring standards that include technical aspects such as coding standards, best practices, optimal software solutions, changing processes, and documentation.

Manage, prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously with varying completion dates and competing priorities.

4) Collaborates with leadership setting the strategy and definition of goals. Communicates status and progress of projects and activities to team members and stakeholders. Communicates effectively and tailors' communications appropriately to different audiences. Onboards and trains team members, providing coaching and mentoring and developing team skills. Aids in the prioritization of activities for the team and delegation of activities.

5) Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance creative strategies.

6) Oversee the end-to-end graphic design process, ensuring the delivery of visually stunning and on-brand assets. Project management of different analysis tasks.

9) Understand and create high-profile report timelines, work closely to developers and individual contributors if needed. Provide supervision when lead positions are open. Guarantee procedures are followed effectively per IT and business priorities and standards. Supervises and leads the team on documenting all the processes and functions performed by the team.

10) Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the quality of the team's results.

11) Utilize data insights to optimize future strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Supervise translation marketing content, campaigns, and design materials from English to other languages, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Level of formal education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications. With knowledge in statistics or a related field.
  • Area of study: Marketing, Statistical Computer Science or related field
  • Years of experience: 7+ years of marketing and/or digital communication experience, preferably in a retail or consumerfocused industry.
  • Type of experience:
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SQL, VBA, and CRM software. Experience with database (RBDMS) and exposure to big data. Adobe Creative Suite, SAS, JMP and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with web technologies, databases and BI tools.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Experience in development projects and teams.
  • Proficient abilities on analytics and data science.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must understand how to work with a team of analysts to analyze campaign performance and deliver timely insights translated into practical and actionable business results.
  • Other/preferred:
  • Expert problemsolving, domain technical, and analytical skills.
  • Persuasive in presenting complex data and concepts to groups.
  • Project and personnel management estimating, planning, controlling, and execution.
  • In analysis and reporting, management or similar roles
  • Presentation, facilitation, and writing skills.
