Infor Global Delivery Services Consultants are an integral part of the services team and play a key role in delivering consulting services for the implementation of Infor Solutions.

The Infor Delivery Services Consultant will implement the Infor Manufacturing and Distribution Solutions. The focus will be on client implementations in LATAM, North America and other geographical regions as required.

Delivery Services Consultants consult with the customer to appropriately configure Infor Software, deliver remote and onsite training, and assist customers in the planning and adoption of the Infor solutions.


A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Participate in multiple Infor Discrete Manufacturing (LN) Implementations remotely.
  • Manage different consulting activities i.e. Conference Room Pilot sessions, golive support, etc.
  • Facilitate solution discussions of primary area of expertise and own documentation in line with SOW participation in critical phases onsite/nearshore.
  • Design solutions for customers involving Manufacturing and other associated products (ERP Integrations, Warehouse Control System (WCS) Interfaces, Transportation Management System (TMS) solutions, Labelling solutions, RFID etc.).
  • Become the Trusted advisor to customer. Building the "connect", taking advantage of onsite/nearshore resources. Stay engaged strategically to identify opportunities that delight customer and can bring additional value to the business.
  • Lead Integration workshops and facilitate endtoend development of interfaces from requirement gathering to system study, coding, testing, deploying and further enhancements.
  • Liaise with Technical teams for delivering customer's requirements.
  • Verify / Validate solutions before delivering them to customer.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience specializing in the implementation of large ERP software packages such Infor LN, Oracle, SAP, Ramco.
  • Experience with multiple full cycle ERP implementations related to Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Indepth knowledge in one or more of the following industries: Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing (high tech).
  • Ability to translate customer requirements and creatively configure solutions by mapping customer's business into Enterprise software.
  • Experience with building process diagrams for customers using tools like Visio, Lucid chart etc.
  • Experience conducting training classroom, in person and virtually.
  • Be able to build required documents based on Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with data analytics using Excel and basic SQL.
  • Travel readiness 2050%. Passport required.
  • Flexible with work hours crossing various time zones and geographies.
  • 3 days per week in the Infor Mexico City office.
  • Language requirement: English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Understand the basics of business process testing & simulation and ability to comprehend test cycle roles & outcomes for remediation via networking with other teams (technical & functional).
