Patient Support Program Manager

Purpose:

This role is responsible to connects Bayers Pharma priorities with the needs of the patients we serve.

This position is a member of the Partnership Chapter and collaborates as a member of the product teams to ensure that we drive patient diagnosis, advocacy and support the treatment needs ensuring adherence. This role is responsible to design, lead and implement Patient Support programs strategy across all Bayer product teams with the purpose to improve patients' quality life by focusing on their needs to enable better state of care, improve patients' experience and integrate their voice to the strategies and services that Bayer provides.

This position is co-responsible for implementing in our field team, enabling elements of the new work operating model (DSO) that allows us to incorporate these in the Squads that are closer to the customers.

Key Customer Facing Relations:

Internal: Customer Territory Leads, Key Product Specialist, MSL, Product Team members, Chapter Lead, Sponsor.

External: PSP Monitors, PSP Monitors supervisors and other relevant roles in our commercial PSP partner, Customers (Government and private) Key Decision Makers, Key Opinion Leaders and other relevant HCP.

Key Outcomes:

Design and lead the implementation of country strategic priorities for patient support and diagnosis across the Pharma Portfolio as a member of the product teams. Lead identification of patient insights and trends ensuring that this feed the product team to ensure that the product team outcomes and vision is aligned with the patient's needs. Ensure that the PSP value is known by HCP and provide them with tools (through the appropriate channels) to ensure that patients can benefit from the multiple services included in the PSP. Ensure to identify with the Advocacy team potential synergies with healthcare providers, HCP, patient associations or other relevant stakeholders in order to improve screening, diagnosis and better treatment journey. KPIs monitoring and resources managing to guarantee success according to objectives per area and patients experience. Coordinate the implementation of Hard and Soft trainings for PSP monitors according to the needs of the product teams and the needs of the patients. As a non-permanent member of the Product Team, will provide insightful strategic inputs, co-create, and incorporate the voice of our patients to deliver valuable solutions (In all the product teams that require it).
