Job Summary
- Deliver assigned tasks within specific brand/category.
- Collaborate with various business partners such as Quality, Regulatory, and Product Development.
- Assist in formula development and evaluation within designated brand/category.
- Apply practical problem-solving skills on a day-to-day basis.
- Look for innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Work on tasks ranging from routine methods to more complex technical decisions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform experimental tasks including lab batch creation and testing, data analysis, and reporting.
- Communicate results and information internally to colleagues and supervisors.
- Maintain detailed records of experimental work and observations.
- Ensure all activities are documented according to Quality standards.
- Recommend improvements to product evaluation methods and processes.
- Conduct assessments on new technologies and basic research.
- Summarize product development insights.
- Compile data for efficient technology transfer and identify potential issues.
- Adhere to safety procedures for handling chemicals and other materials.
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices and Environmental Health and Safety protocols.
- Perform other duties as required.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 Years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of product development processes and consumer research methods.
