Job Description The Opportunity**:


Mattel is currently seeking an
Associate Sales Analyst; this role will be a member of a dynamic team and be responsible of having key communication with different teams.


What Your Impact Will Be

  • Analysis and processing of data related to demand, inventory and consumption peaks.
  • Use software tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to manage and process information efficiently.
  • Accurate demand forecasts using statistical techniques and trend analysis.
  • Collaboration with internal and external teams to incorporate relevant information within exercises; promotions, special events and changes in market trends.
  • Active engagement with business partners to execute POS plans, anticipation and proactivity
  • Coordination with counterparts to align objectives and ensure effective planning.
  • Monitor inventory levels and product rotation to identify opportunities for improvement and minimize overages and shortages.
  • Propose and execute initiatives to optimize CPFR processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen collaboration between trading partners
  • Assign and track purchase orders with Sales Admin and Logistics (no specific software required) 7.
