We are seeking a highly qualified
Finance Manager with
proven expertise in managing tax refund processes and a thorough understanding of financial statement accounting in FinTech.

The Role:

To ensure the
FinTech's financial integrity and
regulatory compliance, fostering strategic decisions and operational efficiencies through advanced analytics and accounting technologies.

Requirements for Success:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or its local equivalent (Certified by the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants) are required.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software is essential, especially with experience in handling
cross-border payments:

• Intermediate level proficiency in English

Proven expertise in managing tax refund processes and a thorough understanding of financial statement accounting are critical for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial integrity and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Facilitate strategic decision-making through in-depth accounting analysis.
• Perform financial and tax analyses, with a specific focus on optimizing tax refunds and utilizing these insights to recommend strategic actions.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Oversee audits, manage cross-border payments, and undertake additional responsibilities to support the financial operations of the company.
