Requisitos

  • Escolaridad: Ing. Industrial Mecánico, Eléctrico, Civil, Arquitecto Titulado
  • 2 años como Facility Manager en servicios de mantenimiento a inmuebles, varios sites
  • Manejo de supervisores y personal operativo
  • Conocimientos en Seguridad e Higiene
  • Licencia de Manejo vigente y Manejo de Auto Estándar INDISPENSABLE
  • Disponibilidad de visitar los diferentes sites en la zona

Actividades y Objetivos

  • Administrar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo del SITE de acuerdo a contrato.
  • Realizar actividades financieras: administrar el presupuesto, análisis de costos, facturación.
  • Supervisar y coordinar cuadrillas de mantenimiento AA, hidro, acabados, eléctrico, limpieza, jardinería, control de plagas.
  • Gestionar, supervisar y coordinar proyectos del trabajo de los contratistas.
  • Proponer proyectos de mejora para el cliente.
  • Atender y dar respuesta a las solicitudes del cliente conforme el contrato comercial.
