• Office, Proceso de Ventas, Atención al cliente
• Responsable de:
• Revisar el listado de equipos detenidos para realizar cotizaciones
• Recibir y realizar llamadas para ejecutar procesos de ventas, dando seguimiento a los requerimientos dados por parte de personal interno, así como de clientes externos.
• Proporcionar informes sobre los productos y/o servicios que la compañía ofrece
• Solicitar los materiales necesarios para efectuar los trabajos vendidos a través de JDE
• Dar seguimiento a su aplicación hasta el término de la obra
• Clasificar prospectos de ventas, cotizando para cada una de las carteras incrementando el pipeline para el cumplimiento de objetivos
• Planear, realizar y dar seguimiento a estimados y cotizaciones de ventas
• Comprender las necesidades de los account specialist's para y evaluar el ajuste con las necesidades del mercado.
