El analista de Cartera de Crédito es un puesto de nível inicial responsable de participar en diversas actividades de control de carteras para identificar migraciones de crédito junto con el equipo de Gestión de Riesgos.
El objetivo general de este puesto es apoyar en la gestión de la exposición de la cartera de Citi a clientes y contrapartes a nível global.
Responsabilidades:
- Trabajar directamente con empresas de clientes para cambiar el flujo del proceso y, al mismo tiempo, mantener la funcionalidad necesaria y el cumplimiento de requisitos de políticas y procedimientos.
- Desarrollar y utilizar herramientas de gestión de riesgos para medir, controlar y gestionar la exposición de clientes y apoyar en la sincronización y eliminación de datos estáticos en múltiples aplicaciones.
- Realizar análisis estándares diarios y semanales, como también análisis de riesgo personalizados, y comunicar hallazgos clave a la gerencia sénior.
- Crear presentaciones y documentos para uso interno y externo sobre temas como funciones del Grupo de Riesgo, metodologías de margen y problemas de riesgo.
- Analizar el ambiente de control, incluida la revisión regular de este tipo de ambientes, la investigación de procedimientos, políticas, procesos y sistemas nuevos, y al mismo tiempo, garantizar que estén en sintonía con las prácticas del mercado.
- Representar al departamento ante agencias reguladoras, auditores y agentes de crédito internos y externos en asuntos relacionados con problemas de control y riesgo de mercado.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares
Calificaciones:
- Preferencia de experiência previa relevante.
- Experiência en análisis financiero, contabilidad y valoración
- Demostrar de manera constante una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
- Habilidades empresariales, analíticas y para la resolución de problemas comprobadas
- Habilidad comprobada para trabajar con poca supervisión y en un ambiente de equipo
Educación:
- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.
