El especialista en cuentas por cobrar trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos de ventas / BOC para la coordinación del procesamiento de cuentas por cobrar a través del Sistema de ERP.
Responsabilidades:
- Postear los recibos de efectivo diarios precisos que incluyen cheques, transferencias bancarias y depósitos de caja de seguridad.
- Investigar, resolver, disputar y procesar las deducciones de pago de los clientes.
- Investigar y procesar créditos de RMA.
- Analizar AR (Reporte de envejecimiento) y ayudar en los esfuerzos de cobranza de cuentas por cobrar vencidas.
- Realizar procesos de cierre mensual, informes financieros, controles internos y todas las demás iniciativas contables relacionadas con las cuentas por cobrar.
- Asegurarse de que todos los procesos, políticas y procedimientos estén claramente definidos y completamente documentados.
- Apoyo en otras actividades contables.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura completa, conocimiento en contabilidad.
- Manejo de computadora, Microsoft Office y programas de aplicación.
- 1 a 3 de años de experiência en puesto similar.
- Inglés: habilidades verbales y escritas para comunicarse.
