  • Coordinate all property management functions including maintaining facility cleanliness and assisting with maintenance requests.
  • Act as liaison with building management assisting with security requirements, building access, and maintenance.
  • Conduct daily supply inventory in copy centers and kitchens, and other supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery of all Bank mail and interbranch deliveries.
  • Coordinate division emergency preparedness plans such as evacuation plan, emergency contingency plans and supplies.
  • Provide backup support to accounts payable and assist with verification of weekly general expense memorandums.
  • Prepare various daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual intern control reports.
  • Conduct annual inventory, fixed asset and records management review.
  • Act as local Help Desk support completing technology requests such as computer/printer setups, equipment maintenance, conference room preparation, telephones and video conference reservations years general office experience, including exposure to inventory control and/or property management years general accounting experience.
  • Experience providing basic technical hardware setup and/or Help Desk support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
