Customs Intern

Main Responsibilities:

• Post Entry Log & Filling
• Update Free Trade Agreements & Value Reconciliation Files
• Monitor Tariff Exclusion List
• Review and Manage Error Message Reports from CBP
• Update Broker Files for accounting purposes
• Monitor Bond Usage Reports
• Assist with Daily US Import-Export Operatio

Requirements:

• Microsoft office.
• Microsoft Excel ( Vlookup ́s, Pivot Tables, Formulas )
• Intermediate English level.
• Current Student (Business Administration, Finance )
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
• Current student in last semesters (UACJ-ITJC)
• RFC (mandatory).
