This position is open for people residing in LATIN AMERICA About the Position As part of its growth strategy, our client's company is looking to outsource a detail-oriented and intelligent Bookkeeping Specialist.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in bookkeeping or accounting, showcasing the ability to manage financial records with precision and intelligence.

This role demands an experienced individual who is not only adept at numerical tasks but also possesses the analytical acumen to contribute to financial strategy and health.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
-Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. -Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding financial practices. -Collaborate with the management team to support financial decision-making. -Utilize financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Experience in inventory management, preferably in an e commerce environment.
  • Experiencemanaging inventory across multiple platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or other marketplaces.
  • Experience handling complex financial transactions including loans, credit cards, and refunds.
  • Familiarity with LLC businesses and their financial operations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in bookkeeping software and Excel.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly.
