Position overview

Your key responsibilities

  • Adhoc reports needed during quarter end and on a weekly basis.
  • Manage and work with Salesforce for queue management of cases and other vendor platforms.
  • Permission and set delivery of products, data and software, resolves product delivery issues.
  • Provide ideas for automation
  • Liaison Product Management on product releases and changes.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects.

Specific knowledge and skills

  • Studying degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or related field.(6th semester or above)
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outgoing and confident.

Desired experience

  • Experience with Customer Service and working with multifunctional teams

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
