Objetivo de la posición:

Coordinar, administrar y supervisar los trabajos de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo en las áreas productivas. Generar requisiciones internas y externas de refacciones, materiales y de trabajos por contrato.

Responsabilidades:

Seguridad:

  • Seguimiento a lineamientos de seguridad, identificación de riesgos y levantamientos de Hallazgos de los recorridos o accidentes.

Calidad:

  • Responsable de la calidad en las actividades.
  • Realizar análisis de los resultados de verificación y emitir reporte.
  • Seguir los estándares y procedimientos correspondientes de Calidad de la planta y las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura.
  • Mantener limpia y ordenada su área de trabajo.
  • Notificar y reportar anomalías en los equipos detectados.

Productividad:

  • Coordinar los trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
  • Mantener una buena comunicación con el área de producción.
  • Coordinar con la gente de compras el status de las requisiciones de compra de refacciones y materiales.
  • Revisar las condiciones de las áreas donde se van a efectuar los trabajos y mantener la integridad del personal.
  • Buscar oportunidades de mejora en el desempeño de los equipos y procesos.
  • Establecer planes para la capacitación del personal.
  • Contribuye al desarrollo de planes y estrategias y contingencias para cualquier introducción
  • Aplicar los estándares de productividad de acuerdo a la Matriz de Responsabilidades.

Calificaciones y educación:

  • Ingeniería en mecánica, eléctrica, electromécanica o afin.
  • 3 años de experiência en mantenimiento y operaciones.
  • Control estadístico de los procesos.
  • Manejo de Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing.
  • Sistemas de calidad.
  • Conocimiento en mantenimiento.
  • Inglés 70%.
  • Control de Inventarios.
  • Desarrollo de proyectos.
  • Conocimiento de PLC
  • Conocimiento en Electrónica, Neumática y Mecánica.
  • Manejo de herramientas de mejora continua (5 ́S, 5 Porqués, Diagrama Izhikawa.
