Major Purpose:

This HR Operations Manager position provides support to our Saltillo Site Operations by partnering closely with the business leaders. Ensures consistent and seamless support and compliance with HR/LR strategy, policies, and service standards. Reports to HR Operations Mexico.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensures human resource operational alignment and input to the effective identification, development, coaching and placement of talent (staffing & recruitment) to support the enterprise and regional talent acquisition strategy.
  • Supports employee development activities including succession planning, leadership development, career development, performance management and other employee development processes.
  • Understands the regional network in alignment to the global functions that supports the provision of HR services to business leaders managing matrix organizations, acts as a single point of contact for HR needs for assigned business leader(s).
  • Coordinates business input to the strategic workforce planning and staffing activities. Works in liaison with the HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) to support the seamless delivery of services.
  • Manages employee communications, assisting with employee meetings, and other such activities to communicate with employees on relevant topics.
  • Manages employee relations with administrative and professional employees and partners with managers in performance improvement activities.

Skills You Need:

  • Comprehensive knowledge in HR principles and procedures such as employee/labor relations, compensation, and benefits, staffing and employee development, training and development, employee communications and legal and corporate compliance.
  • Experience, ability, or strong interest in supporting and collaborating with international colleagues across multiple time zones.
  • Senior Knowledge of business and management principles in such areas as strategic planning, resource allocation, teamwork development, and leadership technique.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and effectively coach employees and leaders to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Strong expertise in labor relations activities to include relationships with union representatives, resolution of grievances, participating in bargaining and direction/maintenance incentive compensation programs.
  • Previous involvement with Agile Training.
  • Strong expertise as RRHH Management

Education:

  • Degree in a Human Resources discipline or equivalent experience.
  • University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
  • Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience.
