Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled CAE Full Vehicle Analysis Engineer to support the design, development, and validation of vehicle structures and systems through advanced numerical simulations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with LS-DYNA, Abaqus, and NASTRAN, and will work closely with design, testing, and program teams to deliver robust, lightweight, and cost-effective vehicle solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform full vehicle CAE simulations including:Crashworthiness (frontal, side, rear, rollover)Durability and fatigueNVH (modal, frequency response, random vibration)Structural stiffness and strengthDevelop, assemble, and maintain full vehicle finite element modelsConduct explicit and implicit analyses using LS-DYNA, Abaqus, and NASTRANInterpret simulation results and provide engineering recommendations to improve vehicle performanceCorrelate CAE results with physical test data and support model validationCollaborate with design, manufacturing, and testing teams throughout the product development cycleOptimize structures for weight, cost, performance, and safetyPrepare technical reports and presentations for internal and customer reviewsSupport continuous improvement of CAE processes, methods, and best practicesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fieldStrong experience with:LS-DYNA (crash, impact, nonlinear explicit analysis)Abaqus (nonlinear structural, durability, materials)NASTRAN (linear static, modal, NVH analysis)Solid understanding of:Finite Element Method (FEM)Vehicle structures and load pathsMaterial modeling (steel, aluminum, composites, plastics)Experience with pre- and post-processing tools (e.g., HyperMesh, ANSA, META, HyperView)Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with OEM or Tier-1 automotive programsKnowledge of crash regulations and standards (FMVSS, ECE, NCAP)Experience with optimization techniques and DOEExposure to battery electric vehicle (BEV) structures is a plusScripting knowledge (Python, TCL) for CAE automationTools & SoftwareSolvers: LS-DYNA, Abaqus, NASTRANPre/Post: HyperMesh, ANSA, META, HyperViewCAD: CATIA / NX (preferred)
