Estimating Coordinator

As an Estimating Analyst you will work closely with leaders of the department to support the projects with estimates, improve processes, measure performance, and help the department scale as we continue expanding. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating internal efforts between the sales and operations teams, making this position crucial for the internal management of projects. The Estimating Department is one of the most important departments within our company. Its role is to assess and determine the cost, scope of work, and timeline of abatement projects that we bid on as well as internal coordination of projects. This is a remote position. Salary goes from 1400 to 1800 depending on experience and what you can bring to the business.Job Requirements:Availability to work Pacific Time hours (8am - 5 pm).2+ years of experience in management consulting or in Finance, Project Management, Accounting, Operations, Logistics, Strategy. More experience the better.Fully remote - ability to work autonomously and with little directionOpen to learn and take feedbackAbility to communicate (writing, speaking, reading listening) in English over zoom and over the phoneGreat communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse teamProven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentAnalytical background and experience using Excel, Google SheetsStrong attention to detailCollege Degree.Work includes but is not limited to:Create, review and analyze estimatesAssist in developing and implementing estimating processes, procedures and strategiesCoordinate internal efforts between sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project management.Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on project timelines and objectives.Resolve any issues that arise during project execution by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.Prepare metrics for team meetings and performance evaluationsSupport Department Leadership in initiatives to scale quicklyAssist in cross departmental projects with our coordinating, business development and operations departmentsAbout Us:We are A Great Place To Work Certified Company.
