This is your opportunity to elevate your career with Altimetrik.We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Data Privacy with advanced English (B2/C1).We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager – Data Privacy to lead the strategy, development, and governance of privacy-first data capabilities across our retail technology landscape. This role will ensure that customer, employee, and operational data is collected, processed, and used responsibly while enabling innovation across omnichannel commerce, personalization, digital marketing, and enterprise analytics.You will partner closely with Security, Legal, Data Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams to build privacy-by-design solutions that meet global regulatory standards and protect trust at scale.Key Responsibilities· Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for data privacy across retail systems and data platforms.· Lead implementation of privacy-by-design capabilities such as consent management, preference centers, data minimization, PII anonymization/pseudonymization, and privacy impact assessment workflows.· Ensure compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PCI DSS, HIPAA where applicable).· Embed privacy controls into customer data flows across e-commerce, POS, loyalty, CRM, and supply chain platforms.· Work with Engineering and Architecture teams to design and deliver scalable privacy services and APIs.· Partner with Legal, Compliance, and InfoSec to manage privacy risk, incident response requirements, and audit readiness.· Develop KPIs for privacy posture, regulatory compliance, and adoption of privacy tools.· Communicate decisions, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.· Champion privacy awareness, training, and change management across product and engineering teams.Qualifications· 8+ years of Product Management experience delivering data products, with 3+ years focused on data privacy, data protection, or governance.· Strong understanding of retail data domains (customer identity, loyalty, payments, e-commerce, POS).· Hands-on experience with privacy technologies (consent platforms, preference management, data masking, anonymization).· Familiarity with privacy standards, assessments, and practices (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DPIA, LIA, RoPA).· Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, GCP/AWS/Azure).· Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced retail environments.
