We leverage risk intelligence and a fully digital approval process to deliver a seamless credit experience.Role OverviewWith strong momentum and ambitious expansion ahead, we are looking for a Treasury Senior Manager with 10+ years of experience in structured finance, credit warehouse facilities, liquidity management, and foreign exchange. This role will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing all treasury operations, ensuring efficient funding, robust liquidity, and strong risk management.This individual will work directly with senior leadership and will be a key contributor in supporting the company’s rapid loan book expansion and long-term capital strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesStructured Finance & Credit Warehouse ManagementLead the setup, negotiation, and ongoing management of credit warehouse facilities with banks, lenders, and institutional partners.Structure collateral eligibility criteria, advance rates, waterfall mechanics, and trust arrangements with legal, credit, and finance teams.Oversee ongoing warehouse operations: borrowing base calculations, trust reporting, compliance certifications, and collateral monitoring.Support development of future securitization programs and diversified funding channels.Liquidity & Cash ManagementDesign and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term cash and liquidity forecasts across all entities.Optimize liquidity buffers to support rapid loan disbursement volume while minimizing idle capital.Ensure efficient capital movement across operating, trust, and funding accounts.Monitor payment cycles (vendors, collections, disbursements) to maintain liquidity stability.FX Risk ManagementManage USD–MXN FX exposure across funding, revenue, and cost streams.Evaluate and execute hedging strategies (forwards, swaps, natural hedges) aligned with company risk appetite.Monitor FX volatility, forward points, and impact on P&L and cash flow.Collaborate with finance and risk teams to integrate FX assumptions into models.Treasury Operations & ControlsEstablish treasury policies, internal controls, and best practices suitable for a high-growth lending company.Manage banking relationships across Mexico, the U.S., and offshore jurisdictions.Oversee creation and maintenance of treasury dashboards, reports, and KPIs.Ensure operational excellence across disbursement flows, collections, reconciliations, and treasury systems.Strategic Finance SupportPartner with FP&A, Credit, and Finance teams to evaluate capital structure, funding cost optimization, and stress-test scenarios.Provide insights on liquidity, funding costs, and FX risks for strategic decision making.Support investor and lender reporting requirements.QualificationsMust-Have10+ years of experience in treasury, structured finance, or capital markets roles.Hands-on experience with credit warehouse facilities: setup, negotiation, daily operations, borrowing base, and trust structures.Strong expertise in liquidity management, cash forecasting, and treasury controls.Solid experience managing FX exposure and executing hedging strategies.Deep understanding of lending business models and funding mechanics.Strong analytical skills and ability to build models for liquidity, funding, and FX scenarios.Self-starter with high ownership and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English.PreferredExperience in auto lending, consumer finance, or fintech.Exposure to securitizations, term financing, or structured credit facilities.Familiarity with Mexico’s financial ecosystem (banks, trusts, FX markets).Experience working with multinational or multicultural teams.LocationMexico City – On-site modality
