This role is ideal for someone passionate about video editing and eager to grow within a forward-thinking agency.Key Responsibilities:manage client accounts end-to-end and keep delivery consistentresearch trends, competitors, and content angles that match the client’s nichewrite short-form scripts and long-form content outlinesedit short-form videos with strong pacing and retentionclip long-form into reels/shorts/tiktoks that are built to performcreate clear tasks for designers and creatives inside clickupfollow the agency’s strategic plan and execute it without dropping detailstrack performance, identify patterns, and propose new content to push reach and viralitysupport the client’s marketing strategy by aligning content with their offersbuild and present client reports with insights and next stepsuse internal resources and systems to maintain quality and speedRequirements:2 to 3+ years of experience in social media3+ years running social media accounts with direct ownership of posting and resultsadvanced english (written and spoken)excellent attention to detailthrives in a fast-paced environmentstrong video editing skills for social-first contentcomfortable with clickup or similar project management toolsreliable internet 50mbs and upBonus points:you can show proof of videos you edited or produced that went viralexamples: links + view counts, retention screenshots, or analytics screenshotsyou have experience pulling 10+ short clips from one long-form videoyou understand hooks, retention, pacing, and how to structure content for watch timeHow to Apply: To apply for this position, send an email with the subject line Full Stack Social Media Manager to the following email: martin@astrozenmarketing.comYour email must include: 1.
