This role blends strategy and execution and is ideal for someone with an analytical mind, strong copywriting abilities, and experience across content marketing, funnels, and AI-powered tools.You’ll work closely with the business owner to manage newsletters, optimize marketing funnels, oversee social content, and track campaign performance—all while using tools like Capcut, ChatGPT, Claude, and your own creative judgment.RESPONSIBILITIESStrategy & CopywritingWrite compelling content for email campaigns, websites, and social mediaUse AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to generate, refine, and scale content outputRepurpose long-form content into social, blog, and email formatsFunnel Optimization & CRM SupportAnalyze performance metrics and identify gaps in funnel sequencesHelp improve lead flows, email sequences, and segmentation strategiesMaintain CRM hygiene and build campaign automations when neededContent Marketing & Social ExecutionSchedule, publish, and manage posts across key social media channelsOptimize blog posts and website pages for SEOEdit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube ShortsAnalytical Thinking & Project OwnershipReport weekly/monthly performance metrics with insights and next stepsTake initiative on projects, offer recommendations, and manage deadlinesOwn your work and communicate proactively in a remote environmentQUALIFICATIONS3–5+ years experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or funnel buildingFluent in English & Spanish with strong writing, editing, and communication skillsComfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT, Notion AI) as part of daily workflowsExperience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboardsAble to take direction but also work independently with minimal supervisionBackground in health, wellness, or U.S.-based consumer brands is a bonusWFH REQUIREMENTSQuiet home office setupReliable high-speed internet (10 Mbps minimum)Fluent written and spoken English (B2+ minimum)Comfortable working U.S. time zone hoursFamiliar with remote tools like Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, and CanvaREADY TO APPLY?If you’re a strategist who gets excited about writing, testing, tracking, and scaling great content—and you thrive in remote, flexible environments—this is the perfect long-term role for you.Apply now and show us how you bring strategy and execution together.
