Compensation SpecialistObjectiveDesign, manage, and analyze compensation and benefits policies, programs, and processes to ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance. This role supports talent attraction, motivation, and retention across all levels of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain salary structures, compensation bands, and pay scalesParticipate in external market salary surveys and conduct competitive compensation analysisMaintain and update fixed and variable compensation policies (bonuses, incentives, etc.)Evaluate job positions using standardized methodologies and evaluation toolsEnsure compliance with current labor and tax regulations related to compensationAdminister salary adjustments, promotions, and performance-based evaluations across all levelsPrepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports and key performance indicatorsContribute to continuous improvement and automation projects within compensation processesCollaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to align compensation strategies with business goals.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, or related fieldExperience: Minimum 2 years in compensation, benefits, payroll, or a similar HR functionLanguage: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)Skills:Strong analytical and numerical skillsAttention to detail and confidentialityProficiency in Excel and HRIS systemsKnowledge of labor law and compensation regulationsEffective communication and teamworkSkills:CommunicationConfidentialityResponsibilityAnalytical skillsAttention to detailData managementCompensation analysisFoxconn is an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
