We promote a strong sense of belonging, ensuring all employees feel respected, safe, and valued, while providing equal opportunities to participate and grow.We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Operational Excellence (Lean & Continuous Improvement).Position ObjectiveEnsure efficient and sustainable processes through the implementation of continuous improvement systems that positively impact the company’s operational and productivity indicators.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and sustain a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.Optimize operational and administrative processes using Lean and Six Sigma tools.Define and implement operational performance indicators (KPIs).Lead strategic projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and operational improvement.Manage continuous improvement, planning, performance metrics, and operations project teams.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.Minimum of 10 years of experience in continuous improvement within multinational companies with geographically dispersed operations.Lean Black Belt or Six Sigma certification.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.Advanced level of English.Experience working in matrix organizations.Key CompetenciesLeadership and change management.Excellent communication skills.Collaborative mindset and results-oriented approach.Ability to work in dynamic environments.Executive maturity.
