Established in 1969 Samsung Electronics has grown into one of the world’s leading companies recognized as one of the global top five brands.Our network extends across the world, and we take great pride in the creativity and diversity of our talented people, who drive our growth To discover more, please visit our website at www.samsung.com and our official newsroom at news.samsung.comPositionDemand Planning Junior ManagerResponsibilitiesConstruction of the demand plan for the online D2C channel, considering historical and sell-in/sell-out trends, in collaboration with the TV, audio, and monitor sales team.Participation in consensus meetings to adjust the forecast plan based on risk and opportunitiesMonitoring inventory levels to ensure inventory replenishment based on demand planning and days of inventory in stock in order to minimize SKUs in stock-outs and the risk of slow-moving items.Catalog management for D2C channels, SKU activation, and pre-sale configurationDefine monthly targets with daily splits and by channel in accordance with the strategy.Monitor daily sales progress by channel/SKU to identify areas of opportunity or risk for total sales for the month.Analysis of sales performance vs. forecast to communicate slow mover risks to the marketing team in order to define action plans.Hourly sales performance report to identify pricing errors in salesSkillsReport and give visibility of the plan, execution and results to Top Management (C-Level).Be Organized with ideas and numbers to expose/report the plans to leadership (Mexico, LATAM and Global offices).Interact with other areas to have more synergy and alignments to support the tasks executionBe smart, creative and disruptive to create new activities to support sales target achievementHave well knowledge of e-commerce and Mexican Market.Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing).Have well Excel knowledge.Knowledge of building BI Dashboards (Preferred).Diversity & InclusionSamsung is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.We believe that our innovation and growth are the result of our diverse workforce.
