Key ResponsibilitiesPerform functional, integration, and regression testing for Digital Commerce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications.
Participate in requirements grooming sessions and review functional specifications. Create, manage, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans. Manage defects through the full bug lifecycle, ensuring accurate reporting, prioritization, and closure. Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Scrum teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Contribute to release readiness and represent QA during sprint reviews and release sign‑offs. Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure completeness of testing across all dependent systems. Required Skills (Must‑Have)3+ years of Manual Testing experience in Digital platforms with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of: Functional TestingSalesforce Marketing CloudSDLC & Test ManagementAPI Architecture (conceptual)JIRA or any defect tracking toolsAgile methodology (Scrum)Requirements grooming and release processesBug lifecycle managementExcellent verbal and written English communication.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Nice‑to‑Have SkillsExperience in the Retail or Wholesale Food Distribution industry. Exposure to API / Automation tools such as: ReadyAPIPostmanAny other automation frameworks.
