Someone who understands the full lifecycle—from research and prototyping to scalable deployment—and is comfortable working with LLMs, multi-agent systems, vector search, and complex data pipelines.This is a hands-on role for an engineer who loves solving hard problems, designing elegant systems, and pushing the boundaries of applied AI.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, fine-tune, and deploy large-scale machine learning and LLM-based systemsDevelop agentic workflows, tool integrations, and memory architecturesDesign high-performance pipelines for training, inference, and data processingCollaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to ship reliable AI featuresEvaluate new models, frameworks, and techniques to drive innovationImplement robust testing, monitoring, and observability across ML systemsOptimize performance, latency, and cost across production workloadsWhat You BringStrong software engineering fundamentals (Python required; bonus for Go, Rust, or Typescript)Deep experience with LLMs, model fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG, or compute-aware optimizationExperience building scalable ML or distributed systems in a cloud environmentFamiliarity with vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and inference optimizationAbility to translate ambiguous technical problems into structured, well-designed solutionsCuriosity, ownership, and a product mindsetBonus PointsExperience with agentic architectures, RL, or memory-augmented modelsExperience building internal ML platforms or developer toolsContributions to open-source AI frameworksAbout UsA mission-driven team passionate about building AI systems that are reliable, scalable, and grounded in real-world value.
