Objective The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and lifecycle for payment solutions and financial services for merchants in key verticals (fuel stations and repair shops), manage all the relation and projects with Edenred BR and MX. This senior role owns the product P&L and is accountable for value proposition, driving profitability, customer experience and scalability. The position requires a combination of strategic vision, operational execution, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional squads, deliver innovation, and ensure market differentiation while aligning with corporate platforms and group strategy.Main responsabilities Drive product development with a focus on differentiation, niche-specific value proposition, and customer experience; Work in close strategic and operational collaboration with all different Edenred BLs, Bus and corporate platforms; Follow the competitors and LATAM B2B payment and financial services market in the niches served, including product offerings, business models, technological innovations, and regulatory changes; Lead discussions to prioritize projects and products based on market methodologies, our strategy, and expected financial results; Prepare launches and monitor the performance, activation, and results of each product and portfolio; Identify opportunities to improve overall product lifecycle processes; Manage product documentation, ensuring it is clear and easily accessible to IT, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams. Ensure product alignment between shared area guidelines (Compliance, Risk, Legal, among others) and market needs; Build, manage, and inspire a high-performance teamLead culture change and the adoption of agile methodology in product development and management. Needed experience for the rol Vision and passion for payments, with high energy, intelligence and self-driven motivation Solid experience working in the B2B financial services and payments, in product management with a proven ability to drive collaboration, influence, and motivate others to achieve objectives Good understanding of regional ecosystem (open and closed loop), new payment flows, as well as relevant consumer, industry, and market trends Strategic, analytical, and systematic thinker who constructively challenges the status quo and the team to drive continuous innovation. Adapt quickly and take an action-oriented approach to execution that delivers measurable results. Experience in formulating business and product strategies, including structuring problems and concluding analyzes with recommendations and project management in multifunctional environments; Strong and efficient communication and networking skills across relevant stakeholder groups with the ability to listen and influence to effectively advance people and business opportunities. Demonstrated ability to develop product implementation and go-to-market plans Learning agility, ability to work in a high-paced environment, and excellent time management skills are crucial for success in this role Fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
