As a member of our GSS team, you will work on various global tax and accounting processes. Under the guidance of the local team, you will support and prepare tax reports for México with the specific format and data needed by Mexican Tax specialist. You will also prepare some reports for the EAMER Region. You will be required to support: You will prepare, support and perform monthly, annual and quarterly tax reports for México (Income Tax, VAT, withholdings, annual adjustment for inflation, tax depreciation, non-deductible expense report, reserves and provisions, electronic accounting, profit / loss on sale of fixed assets, exchange gain/loss for income tax, DIOT declaration statement, payroll CFDI review processes, review VAT from import documents, generate income tax foreign withholding report, update VAT collection file and others).You will prepare Tax Package reports each quarter. Post Jev´s into SAP for tax records and clearing accounts.You will support and/ or perform account reconciliations for tax-related general ledger accounts.You will update reports and SAP system requested by tax with any tax changes in laws. You will assist with federal audits, including preparing documentation to comply with the requirements in a timely manner. You will prepare data for any internal audit.For the EAMER region, you will prepare some tax reports, mainly VAT and assist with the documentation required for internal and external audits in this region.Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in accounting.3-5 years of accounting firm and/or Corporate Tax experience.Experience in any accounting ERP, preferably SAP.Intermediate – Advanced English.Computer literate with exceptional knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel and Word) and are adept at learning financial and tax reporting systems. Exceptional analytical skills and communication skillsHighly motivated, organized and Team orientedDesired Qualifications:MBA, MST and/or CPA preferred.Mexican Income Tax ExperienceCORPTax experience
