Senior Spare Parts Manager – Join Our TeamAre you ready to lead and make an impact in the automotive industry? We’re looking for a Spare Parts Manager to drive our regional spare parts business, optimize inventory, and ensure supply chain stability—all while delivering exceptional service to our customers.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute regional spare parts strategies aligned with business goals (inventory planning, pricing, and sales growth).Manage end-to-end inventory: forecasting demand, optimizing stock levels, and improving turnover rates.Build strong relationships with global HQ, local dealers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth supply and distribution.Optimize logistics and delivery networks to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Oversee budget planning, cost control, and profitability for the spare parts business.Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations while improving processes.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 8+ years in automotive spare parts, with at least 3–5 years in a management role.Proven track record in strategy, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.Familiarity with regional spare parts markets.Strong leadership skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, including cross-border collaboration.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.Languages: Fluent English and Spanish requiredSkills & CompetenciesStrategic thinking and decision-making.Inventory optimization and cost control.Team leadership and performance management.Cross-functional collaboration and negotiation.High sense of responsibility and results orientation.Ready to Drive Success?If you’re passionate about leading spare parts operations and want to be part of a dynamic team, apply now and help us shape the future of after-sales excellence
