The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and able to manage bookkeeping responsibilities independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day bookkeeping activitiesReconcile bank and credit card accounts regularlyRecord and maintain accurate financial transactionsGenerate and maintain financial reportsTrack project costs and vendor paymentsEnsure timely and accurate data entry across all accountsRequirementsProven hands-on experience with QuickBooks OnlineExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailHigh level of accuracy and reliabilityStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesNice to HaveExperience in construction or project-based businessesFamiliarity with job costing and project budgetingWork Arrangement:Fully remoteMust be available to work during Eastern Time (ET) hours
