Parque O Donnel Aeropuerto el MarquésCHALLENGES· Timing availability, passion, drive, innovative and resilience to work with a multicultural know- how.· Travel availability· This position reports to a Shanghai Logistics Manager· Automotive industry expertise it´s a must for this position.· It’s difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it´s important that the candidate must have her/ his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site.· Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation- for foreign candidatesExperience minimum 4 years in automotive industry (must) as Warehouse Supervisor in AUTOMOTIVE Tier 1 :Ensure that the stocks and reliability of the materials at least 95% both physical and theoretical of the system of raw material warehouses, WIP and ShipmentsEnsure that the rotation of materials in all warehouses is carried out through the FIFO system (first entries, First exits)Manage the human resources of your staff for the distribution of tasks in the plant.Participate and implement improvement projects for warehouse operations.Participates in escalation process of any potential missed shipment or timingPersonnel managementResponsible for general housekeeping of warehouseInternal & external auditsParticipates in continuous improvement of material processes and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedShare your talent at:vanessa.acevedo@yanfeng.com
