Si cuentas con sólida experiencia en la gestión completa de nóminas, disfrutas trabajando con múltiples clientes y te interesa formar parte de un entorno colaborativo y multicultural, esta oportunidad es para ti📝 Responsabilidades Principales🔹 Gestionar y calcular nóminas quincenales, mensuales y semanales, incluyendo prestaciones, variables, finiquitos y liquidaciones.🔹 Revisar pre-nómina, incidencias y asegurar la correcta integración del salario base de cotización.🔹 Administrar altas, bajas y modificaciones ante IMSS, y gestionar cuotas mediante IDSE, SUA y SIPARE.🔹 Garantizar el cumplimiento de obligaciones patronales (ISN, prima de riesgo, INFONAVIT, FONACOT).🔹 Realizar timbrado, conciliación de CFDI y validaciones en visor de nómina.🔹 Brindar atención a clientes, resolver dudas y preparar información para auditorías.🔹 Utilizar sistemas de nómina como COMPAQ y elaborar layouts bancarios.🎓 Requisitos Obligatorios🔹 Licenciatura profesional en contabilidad, administración o afín.🔹 3 a 7 años de experiencia en procesos completos de nómina.🔹 Dominio sólido de cálculos de nómina, impuestos, cuotas, SBC, finiquitos y prestaciones.🔹 Manejo avanzado de IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, REPSE e ICSOE.🔹 Conocimiento sólido en LFT, IMSS e INFONAVIT.🔹 Manejo de COMPAQ o sistemas similares.🔹 Experiencia atendiendo auditorías y clientes.🔹 Inglés intermedio.✨ Requisitos Deseados🔹 Experiencia revisando pre-nómina e incidencias.🔹 Experiencia en cálculos de prestaciones como aguinaldo y PTU.🌎 ¿Por qué unirte a nosotros?🔹 Ambiente multicultural y dinámico.🔹 Salario competitivo acorde a experiencia.🔹 Programa de beneficios Together is Better.🔹 Modalidad híbrida para mayor flexibilidad.
