We are Del Monte Foods – Growers of Good.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team at our Puebla facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver top talent that aligns with our organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation.Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.Overall coordination of the EMI system – ensuring appropriate follow-up with candidates.Tracking and Payment of the employee referral program – ensuring prompt payment once requirements are met.Track payment of bonuses for Production Supervisors when key KPIs are met.Prepare weekly income and leave reports.Organize and monitor the operational personnel transportation program.Communicate with the Secretary of Economic Development for recruitment and job fair participation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in recruitment.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Familiarity with Mexican labor regulations is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Del Monte Foods Leadership Behaviors:As leaders we:GROUND OUR TEAMSConnect our teams to a clear strategyProvide the support our teams need for successHold ourselves and our teams accountableCREATE THE CLIMATESolve problems together with our teamsEnable smart risk takingEmpower our teams to make decisions and take actionNURTURE THE GOODAre intentional about building trustLead with empathyGrow and develop our teams
